Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging customers and turning conversations into meaningful appointments and business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to new and existing customers to share information about skincare products, treatments, and current promotions.
• Managing follow-ups and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Encouraging customers to return for future treatments and services.
• Providing a friendly and professional experience throughout every customer interaction.
• Working towards individual and team sales and appointment targets.

• Monthly basic salary: From $2,500
• Commission: Attractive commission scheme
• Additional incentives: Performance-based rewards linked to appointment show-ups

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Are confident communicating with different types of customers.
• Can build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
• Are motivated by targets and enjoy seeing tangible results from your efforts.
• Have a positive, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
• Have an interest in beauty or skincare. Industry experience is welcome but not required.

Working Schedule

Choose from one of the following shifts:

• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
