Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product team to identify market trends and innovation ideas
Develop sales strategies and engage with architects, designers, and product team
Establish relationships with contractors and train sales team
Work with leadership to set sales goals and budgets
Ensure prompt customer response and develop new product launch strategies
Manage implementation of lighting systems and solutions
Qualifications:
Min 3 years of technical sales experience in the lighting industry
Strategic planning and execution skills
LED experience or strong relationships in lighting design
Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
Lighting Certification
Proficiency in MS Office Professional
Personal Attributes:
Dynamic, self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Positive, goal-oriented attitude
