Key Responsibilities

Include points such as:

Supervise daily production activities and operators.

Ensure production targets and schedules are met.

Monitor productivity, quality and safety.

Manage manpower allocation and shift arrangements.

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Ensure SOPs and company procedures are followed.

Conduct training and guide production staff.

Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.

Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments.

Requirements

3 years of manufacturing or production experience.

Supervisory or team-lead experience.

Good knowledge of production processes.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work shifts, if required.
