Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Track and resolve shipping errors
• Prepare bills and invoices
• Manage distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
• Handle LMW issues, including generating monthly reports for submission to Customs and updating forms A1, A2, A3, etc.

Requirements：

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years or more of experience in production or project management
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, shipping documentation (CI, PL, BL), and customs declarations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks and shipping errors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) procedures and compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in office software and ERP software (e.g., SAP); experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and writing proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin for liaising with people across all levels and preparing documentation
• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the HODs

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
