Job Responsibilities
Provide professional beauty and skincare consultations with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of beauty therapists to achieve business and sales targets.
Demonstrate strong management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Be creative, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the beauty, spa, beauty consultancy, or retail industry.
Recognised beauty therapy qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC, or WSQ certificates will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of up to 15 staff.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.
