Employment Type: Full-Time Contract / Part-Time
Part-Time Rate: $12 per hour
Event Period: Dec 2026 - Jun 2027
Location: Singapore / Bayfront
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide exhibition information and assistance.
Scan and validate tickets and handle admission enquiries.
Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
Guide visitors through exhibition and interactive zones.
Explain activities and ensure proper visitor etiquette.
Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
Handle visitor feedback and basic service recovery.
Monitor assigned areas and ensure safety and operational guidelines.
Escalate complaints, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
Attend training and daily operational briefings.
Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.
Requirements
Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented
Good communication skills with a patient and calm manner.
Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and working in busy environments.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience is a plus.
Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions is advantageous
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Training provided.
Availability
Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period.
Part-time applicants must be able to commit to at least three shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
