Duties:
Provide quality nursing care to residents, including elderly individuals with various medical and care needs.

Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed care plans and nursing protocols.

Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs and overall well-being, reporting any changes promptly.

Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing individualised nursing care plans.

Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate nursing records, medical documentation and medication administration records.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and BCLS

• Experience in elderly care, geriatric nursing or nursing homes will be an advantage.

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the roster.
