Overall Purpose of the Job

• To drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for principal and company products/services.
• To support business development activities and establish market penetration.
• To act as focal point for drilling-services/principal-based business and technical-commercial coordination.
• To provide technical sales support and ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and opportunities.

Principle Duties

• Adherent to Deleum Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and company policies.
• Comply with competency management requirements and Performance Based on Competency Program (PBCP).
• Adhere to Deleum and customer QHSE requirements and ensure compliance during business activities.
• Ensure all principal-based operations and activities comply with Deleum and customer HSE requirements.
• Perform and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives established by management.
• Monitor and maintain monthly sales forecast, pipeline, and opportunity tracking.
• Develop, identify, and penetrate new market opportunities within local and regional markets.
• Act as focal person for principal-related products, services, and business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, principals, and business partners.
• Support preparation of RFQ, tenders, proposals, quotations, technical clarifications, and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support commercial negotiations and ensure proposals align with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Prepare periodic reports including sales activities, pipeline updates, and business performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

• 1-3 minimum years of experience in oil and gas industry

Academic/Professional Qualification

• Minimum requirement Diploma/Degree in engineering or equivalent.
