We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Group Human Resource team. If you enjoy partnering with business leaders, identifying top talent, and making a meaningful impact through hiring, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Executes end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to meet the business needs and regulatory compliance.

• Develops talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with workforce planning and organizational priorities.

• Ensures fair, transparent, and compliant hiring practices.

• Manages bank-wide internship sourcing, hiring, placement and administration.

• Promote the Bank’s employer brand through university collaborations, career talks, career days, and local recruitment events.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partner to administer onboarding and probation processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resource or any relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience executing the end-to-end recruitment process, preferably in the financial industry.
• Possession of a HR professional certification would be an added advantage.
• Influencing and Negotiation Skills – Ability to build stakeholder buy-in, manage expectations, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Critical Thinking – Ability to analyse information objectively, identify issues, and make sound decisions.

• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
