• Assists in review the new project on DFM proposal according to machine facility.
• Drawing development.
• Determine Jig and fixture designed as requirement for new project.
• Follow up the whole new project to meet the delivery schedule.
• Assists in collaborating with various areas of the organization to provide direction on specific engineering projects as directed.
• Supports evaluating new product designs for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Creates assembly and test processes and procedures.
• Assists in facilitating completion of prototype and pilot production units.
• Communicates with peers and management (status, issues, ideas for improvement).
• Creates presentations as required to support internal and external program reviews.
• Helps evaluate and analyses data acquired during test and make recommendations for process modifications based on analysis.
• Define and manage scope, time, and resources of large scale, complex projects or programs.
• Determine customer requirements while making cost-effective, innovative recommendations in the selection and application of products.
• Confirm the blueprint of the product prior to manufacturing.
• Check product quality and identify error or faults.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, complaints and questions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
• Possesses Prototype Design experience is a must.
• Experience in Metal Stamping, Laser, Turrent, NC Bending , Tool & Die/Mold Making will be prioritize
• Knowledge of general application software (MS Office) is a must
• PC literate & able to work independently.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
