Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Sales or a related field.

• Experience in Crypto, Web3, Digital Assets, Fintech, Payment or Blockchain industries is highly preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Crypto Wallets, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Payment Solutions, On-Ramp / Off-Ramp or Web3 projects is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of developing and closing B2B partnerships and successfully bringing partnerships from discussion to actual launch.

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate specific partnerships or projects they have personally driven, including their role and business results.

• Strong existing network and business connections within the Thailand Crypto / Web3 / Fintech ecosystem will be highly valued.

• Experience working with relevant partners such as crypto wallets, exchanges, licensed financial institutions, payment providers, Web3 projects or other digital asset service providers is preferred.

• Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to independently communicate and negotiate with Thai partners and effectively report business progress to the Malaysia headquarters.

• Basic understanding of Crypto / Web3 business operations

• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Strong project management and execution abilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.

• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Willing to travel to Thailand for business meetings, partner development and industry events when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Thailand market, focusing on Crypto Wallet, Web3 and digital asset-related partnerships.

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, including crypto wallets, exchanges, Web3 projects, payment providers, licensed financial institutions and other relevant ecosystem partners.

• Source and evaluate new business opportunities and build a strong partnership pipeline in the Thailand market.

• Lead partnership discussions and commercial negotiations with Thai partners from initial contact through agreement, pilot and successful launch.

• Drive partnership projects from initial discussion → negotiation → pilot → integration → launch → ongoing business development.

• Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Management teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and identify opportunities for long-term cooperation and business expansion.

• Monitor partnership performance, user adoption, transaction activity and revenue contribution, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct market research on Thailand's Crypto, Web3, Fintech and digital asset ecosystem, including competitors, market trends and potential business opportunities.

• Represent the company in business meetings, partner meetings, industry events and other relevant activities in Thailand.

• Provide regular business development reports and market updates to the Malaysia headquarters.

• Support the company's overall Thailand market expansion strategy and achieve agreed business development targets.
