Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative and HR duties.
  • Involve in contract preparation & payroll processing.
  • Responsible for registration of training courses for employees.
  • Maintain and ensure all confidentiality for all HR documents.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent
  • Able to multi-task and practice confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office
