Role: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT consulting and technology services business in Singapore. The role focuses on new client acquisition, relationship management, and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Singapore market.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical experts.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to proposal and closure.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
• Experience in IT consulting, technology services, software development, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Proven experience in B2B business development and managing the sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of IT services and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Singapore-based enterprise clients is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute a market or account-based business plan.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, structured, and able to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills.
