·   Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

·   Minimum five years of construction or project-management experience.

·   Preferred age range: 40 to 50 years, subject to HR policy.

·   Familiar with construction project workflows and SOP implementation.

·   Able to develop and implement project SOPs and workflows.

·   Able to use project-management and reporting tools to prepare progress reports and dashboards.

·   Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

·   Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia with team members and clients.

·   Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.

·   IBS, formwork or high-rise construction experience is an advantage.

·   Able to travel to project sites when required.

·   Plan project schedules, manpower and material requirements.

·   Monitor planned versus actual progress, budgets and labour costs.

·   Establish and improve project SOPs, workflows and reporting systems.

·   Coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.

·   Manage project risks, RFIs, variation works and recovery plans.

·   Ensure compliance with drawings, QA/QC, safety and JKKP requirements.

·   Lead the project team and submit timely management reports.
