• Native Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese and English as role requires candidate to handle calls in relevant languages (Speaking & Written & Reading)

• Excellent communication, listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy

• With relevant experience in Interpreter is preferable

• At least SPM holder / Diploma / Degree / Master Degree in any fields

• Able to start work immediately is an advantages

• Facilitate effective communication between patients with limited English proficiency (LEP) and healthcare providers.

• Accurately interpret spoken communication between patients and healthcare professionals in real-time.

• Ensure clear and culturally appropriate communication that accurately reflects the tone, intent, and content of the speaker.

• Translate medical documents, forms, discharge instructions, and other materials as needed.

• Support healthcare staff in communicating complex or sensitive information with empathy and clarity.

• Assist patients in understanding medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
