Job Responsibilities:

·       Advice to the business on a broad range of laws including general corporate and commercial, employment, competition, intellectual property, privacy, litigation, anti-corruption, consumer protection.

·       Draft, review, negotiate agreements such as Sales/Distribution Agreements, Procurement Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, Consulting Agreements, License Agreements, etc.

·       Review marketing materials and advertisements (online, offline etc.)

·       Management of legal and compliance process systems.

·       Manage legal disputes and litigation including management of external counsel.

·       Provide legal advice to RHQ and HQ in relation to various legal issues upon request.

·      Management of the Company’s compliance program

·      Update and implement business policies to ensure compliance with Singapore laws.

Requirements:

·      Law Degree (LL.B. or JD)

·      Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore or a common law jurisdiction

·      5years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)

·      Experience in corporate/commercial law and contract negotiations

·      Familiarity with general corporate and commercial, employment, competition, intellectual property, privacy, litigation, anti-corruption, and consumer protection laws

·      Independent at work while being able to work collaboratively at all levels and across functions.
