Role Summary:

Support the Senior Manager in overseeing daily hospitality operations across dining, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring residents receive a personalized, high-quality experience while maintaining service standards, cost efficiency, and team performance. Collaborate with the Executive, Hospitality to manage reception, visitor engagement, and transportation arrangements, contributing to seamless operations and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospitality Operations — Manage day-to-day dining, housekeeping, and laundry functions consistently; ensure smooth, reliable service delivery.
2. Resident & Family Relations — Build trusted relationships with residents and their next-of-kin (NOK); keep individuals and families informed of lifestyle options; gather and escalate feedback to improve service quality; respond to needs through volunteer coordination, transport arrangements, special menu requests, etc.
3. Team Leadership — Guide, coach, and motivate frontline staff; act as first point of escalation for staff concerns, resolving minor issues independently and referring complex matters to the Senior Manager.
4. Inventory Management (Non-Clinical Items) — Track supply receipt/issuance/transfers; maintain organized, labeled storage; monitor and replenish stock levels to meet operational needs.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration — Work closely with the Senior Manager, nutritionists, care teams, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned, seamless resident care.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
• Food Safety certification preferred
• Background in Customer Service, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Event Planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Flexible with changing resident needs, operational challenges, and weekend/shift work
• Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and team members
