Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, employment offers and recruitment records.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including employment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters and other HR-related documents. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification, including attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll-related information, and ensure timely updates before payroll closing.
Handle employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits and procedures. Assist in disciplinary matters, counselling, employee relations and employee welfare activities.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Assist with performance management, competency assessments and employee development initiatives.
Manage employee hostel matters, including accommodation arrangements, room allocation, cleanliness, facilities, maintenance issues and compliance with company hostel rules and requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer audits and ensure all required HR documents, records and evidence are properly prepared and available.
Perform other HR-related duties, projects and assignments as required by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
