HIRING: REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - APAC

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive enterprise business growth across Asia Pacific for HR technology and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new enterprise clients across APAC.
• Drive sales of HRMS, HCM, Global Payroll, Payroll Outsourcing & EOR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Procurement & C-level stakeholders.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes and coordinate with regional/global teams.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, partnerships and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 - 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in HRMS/HCM, Payroll, EOR, HR Tech or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record of new business hunt.
