About the Role
Location: Nearest MRT, Somerset
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $2.7K/month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6-month contract (there's a possibilities of extension)

Summary Of The Role
We are looking for a Admin Executive to support the Service Excellence and Service Experience Design teams within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support feedback management operations, including organising feedback data and tracking escalated cases
• Prepare and maintain FAQs, feedback-handling guides, briefing materials and SOPs
• Support the onboarding of a feedback management system across different divisions
• Track project progress and coordinate stakeholder engagements
• Organise feedback and prepare basic reports, dashboards and summaries
• Support workshops, focus group discussions, meetings and other events
• Prepare meeting minutes and track action items
• Assist with presentation slides, infographics, videos and other communication materials

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to prepare documents, reports and stakeholder correspondence.
• Good administrative, organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable handling data, reports, records and documentation accurately.
• Experience using content-development or design tools, such as Canva, Cap Cut or similar platforms.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
