Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Admin Executive
to support our daily operations, HR administrative tasks, and basic bookkeeping. Working closely with the
Senior Executive
, you will play a key role in keeping office workflow, payroll support, and financial administration running smoothly.
Job Highlights
Location: Woodlands (Relocating to Tagore end of the year)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job responsibilities:
Office Admin
: Phone inquiries, email management, filing, DO/Invoice preparation, PO updates.
HR & MOM Duties:
Work permit processing (applications, renewals, cancellations) via MOM portal, leave and attendance tracking.
Payroll:
Assist with monthly payroll computations and OT calculations.
Basic Accounts & GST:
Assist with AP/AR duties, payment vouchers, and gathering tax inputs/outputs for GST preparation.
Job Requirements:
Min. 1 year relevant admin experience
Min. Secondary school qualification
Basic accounting/GST or MOM portal experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
