Job Description

Requirements

  • 对数据敏感，细心，有较强的数据准确性意识。

  • 熟悉 Excel / Google Sheets 等基础办公软件。

  • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

  • 学习能力强，能够适应门店快节奏的工作环境。

  • 有行政、数据、零售或餐饮相关经验优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可。

Responsibilities

  • 协助处理门店日常行政事务及文件整理。

  • 负责门店运营数据的收集、录入、整理及基础报表制作。

  • 协助跟进门店物料、库存、订单等相关信息。

  • 协助门店招聘及员工入职相关工作。

  • 协助门店与总部、供应商及其他部门进行日常沟通与事项跟进。

  • 完成上级安排的其他行政及运营支持工作。
