Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers based on leads provided by the Company.

Introduce and explain the Company's products and services to customers.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Arrange and confirm customer appointments or consultations

Record customer information, call outcomes, follow-up status and appointment details accurately.

Maintain proper and updated customer records.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.

Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the Company's products or services.

Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and in accordance with Company procedures.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
