We're Hiring – Senior Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Machining)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining knowledge to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and improve CNC machining processes, including milling and turning.
Optimize production efficiency, machine utilization and machining cycle times.
Troubleshoot technical and manufacturing issues.
Support production planning, scheduling and capacity management.
Drive quality improvement, cost reduction and manufacturing productivity.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the production team.
Support machinery maintenance and manufacturing technology improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
Strong practical experience operating CNC milling and turning machines.
Able to understand CNC programming, G-code, tooling, cutting parameters and machining cycle optimisation.
Experienced in troubleshooting machining problems and improving production efficiency.
Able to lead and guide CNC machinists and production personnel.
Possesses leadership potential and ambition to progress into manufacturing management.
