Key Responsibilities


Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
Perform scanning, sorting, labeling and storage of inventory in designated locations.
Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch and delivery.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages or shortages to the supervisor.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer and internal orders.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations.
Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements


Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
Valid forklift license (preferred).
Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Good teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
