1. Provide professional course consultations to prospective students and parents.
2. Understand each student's academic background, learning needs and educational goals before recommending suitable programmes.
3. Explain the school's programmes, admission requirements, learning pathways and enrolment procedures clearly and accurately.
4. Build positive, trusting and long-term relationships with students and parents.
5. Follow up with enquiries professionally, patiently and consistently.
6. Arrange school visits, student assessments and consultations.
7. Coordinate with the Academic and Student Services departments to support a smooth enrolment process.
8. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and enrolments.
9. Achieve reasonable enrolment targets while maintaining professional ethics and service quality.
10. Represent the school professionally during education fairs, open houses and recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above, preferably in Education, Business, Communications or related fields.
2. Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, admissions or customer service is preferred.
3. Genuinely caring, patient and empathetic towards students and parents.
4. High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Able to listen attentively, understand different perspectives and respond calmly to concerns.
6. Honest, responsible and committed to providing accurate educational advice.
7. Able to communicate professionally with parents from different cultural backgrounds.
8. Good teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with academic and administrative colleagues.
9. Self-motivated, organised and able to follow through on commitments.

Salary: Basic Salary + Performance-Based Commission
