岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts
Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and well-presented
Assist with inventory management and stocktaking
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude
Follow organisation policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
Requirements
Working time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and one Sunday morning each month.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Basic math skills and ability to operate a cashier and POS system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluence in English
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
Reliable and punctual
