Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of building electrical and M&E systems, including HVAC, MV, compressed air, and P&S systems.
• Implement IoT and AI-driven maintenance solutions to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance energy efficiency.
• Manage critical utilities systems, including HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring, water, and gas supply.
• Lead facilities repair, upgrading, and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget, and timelines.
• Review and approve external vendors' electrical design submissions and monitor work quality and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategies to streamline maintenance operations and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, technology adoption, and energy-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical engineering, facilities maintenance, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, utilities, and building maintenance.
• Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Results-driven with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Tech-savvy with good computer skills and an interest in AI-driven maintenance solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
