Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards and cost efficiency are achieved.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower allocation and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, quality and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, operational procedures and internal safety audits.
• Supervise, train and develop production team members, including maintaining employee competency and skills matrices.
• Monitor production performance, prepare operational reports and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production processes and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality control and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work the afternoon shift from 2pm to 11pm.
