Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave and documentation.
• Support recruitment: job advertisements, screening, interview arrangements and follow-up.
• Assist with payroll inputs including attendance, overtime and leave records.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, reports and employment documents.
• Support HR policies, employee enquiries, disciplinary and performance matters.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with Malaysian employment requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and legislation.
• Good communication, organisation, Microsoft Office and HR system skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
