The role encompasses comprehensive HR and administrative responsibilities, with primary focus on payroll processing and full-cycle recruitment.

• Payroll processing.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Maintain employee records in HR databases.
• Handle performance appraisals and HR policy implementation.
• Administer employee benefits and health insurance.
• Coordinate staff training with department heads and administer staff regulatory medical requirements.
• Assist management with ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources and or 4+ years of HR related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with Prosoft HRMS would be an advantage.
