Key Responsibilities

• Review daily, weekly and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards, fund documentation and internal procedures.

• Work closely with fund accountants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely NAV delivery and achievement of service-level KPIs.

• Monitor operational performance, prepare KPI reports and maintain accurate fund accounting records.

• Ensure adherence to established operational procedures, internal controls and risk management requirements.

• Identify, document, report and escalate operational discrepancies, NAV errors and incidents promptly.

• Liaise with clients, auditors and internal teams to resolve fund administration queries and meet reporting deadlines.

• Support new fund launches, client onboarding, migrations, system enhancements and process improvements.

• Participate in operational meetings and contribute to service quality and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and the organisation's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Securities Services or NAV operations.

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of NAV calculations and fund administration processes.

• Experience with the Multifonds accounting system is an advantage.
