Job Requirements

• Possess at least SPM, a Certificate in Agriculture, a Diploma, or a qualification in any related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise workers daily in field operations, including harvesting, upkeep, maintenance, and other related field tasks.

• Ensure all work carried out by field workers complies with company plantation policies and standards
