CLIENT : Energy trading

COVERAGE : Singapore

SALARY : Upto SGD80K P.A.

SUMMARY

This role will facilitate an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes ownership, trust, agility and collaboration to develop a performance-driven and values-led organization. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department and carry out responsibilities in the employee life cycle which includes talent attraction, onboarding, development, retention and separation.

THE ROLE

Onboarding of New hires and Offboarding of leavers

Support the effective and timely onboarding of new hires and help in relocation matters if any

Support the offboarding of leavers professionally, consistently and in accordance with Company policies

Employee Engagement

Support initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive Company culture

Talent Management (Performance Management and Learning & Development)

Support administrative process of performance management from goal-setting to mid-year & year-end review

Support learning and development operations

Project Support

Support and participate in HR projects and initiatives

Daily HR Operations

Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR administrative processes

Ad-hoc matters as required

REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Business/HR Analytics or any relevant field

3 to 5 years of HR Generalist work experience

Good knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore

Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Demonstrated skills in database management and administrative record keeping
