1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered

* Oversee technical discrepancies of the project and liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.

* Liaise with RE / RTO to carry out inspections

* Record work done in terms of project management and engineering aspects

* Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management

* To lead a team of supervisors, safety personnel and skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement

* Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.

Requirements:

* Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent

* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

* Strong leadership to monitor Sub-contractors and Foremen for the works executed

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

* Strong Knowledge in site safety and able to point out and solve the red flag daily basis

* Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

Minimum Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry in Singapore.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
