Key responsibilities

The team

You’ll be working in the Global Market Middle Office in Hong Kong: The team provides critical operational support across the trade lifecycle, including transaction processing, controls monitoring, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Global Market Middle Office is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient front-to-back processing across supported businesses and products. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational integrity, manage risk, and support business growth. Team members are expected to balance day-to-day operational responsibilities while actively contributing to process, system, and control enhancements.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience working in IB operations, Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives middle office, settlement, or related areas
• General understanding of trade lifecycle processes and front-to-back operational flows.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good working knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk awareness.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
