Working Days: 6 days per week

Off Day: Based on work schedule/roster and will be informed during interview

Working Hours: Shift based, within operating hours of 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• A end to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and other relevant channels. Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable Aurae products and wellness packages.
• Explain Aurae wellness treatments, products, package features, benefits and pricing clearly to customers.
• Conduct product and wellness consultations professionally at the showroom or other designated locations.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to support sales conversion and customer retention.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, consultation records and sales records.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, lifestyle or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, motivated and target-oriented.
• Professional, friendly and able to build good customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and attending events or exhibitions when required. Good follow-up and nego a on skills.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
