We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise operating systems, middleware, databases, LDAP services, and container platforms. The role involves infrastructure deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and supporting solution design activities, including infrastructure sizing and deployment planning for customer projects.

• Administer and maintain operating systems including Windows, Linux, IBM AIX, and Solaris.
• Deploy, configure, and support middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Red Hat JBoss EAP, and JBoss A-MQ.
• Install, configure, and manage databases including IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Administer LDAP services, including IBM Security Directory Server.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning across infrastructure platforms.
• Support infrastructure planning, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Provide infrastructure sizing, deployment architecture, and technical inputs for bid and project engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead infrastructure-related technical discussions with stakeholders and customers.

Prior work experience and hiring Requirement:

• 6 years of experience in infrastructure, system, or middleware administration.
• Hands-on experience with both operating systems and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, including authentication, web servers, application servers, databases, and messaging systems.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell scripting.
• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience in system troubleshooting, upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Keen interest in supporting both legacy platforms and modern cloud-native technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Red Hat, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience supporting infrastructure design, solution sizing, and deployment architecture for enterprise projects.
