We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive technology and data transformation initiatives within a risk management environment. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, improve processes, and support data-driven decision making.

Contract: 6 Months
Location: Central
Salary up to $8000

Responsibilities

• Drive business and technology transformation initiatives within a risk management environment.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Support UAT, issue management, training, and project governance activities.
• Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Technology Delivery within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and UAT experience.
• Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience in risk, compliance, operations, or data-driven initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI technologies is a plus.
