Job Description
We are looking for a skilled iPhone Repair Specialist to diagnose and repair customer devices quickly and accurately, while maintaining high quality and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose iPhone faults and recommend the right repair solution
• Perform screen and battery replacements efficiently
• Replace parts such as charging ports, cameras, ear-speakers and housings
• Test devices after repair to make sure they work properly
• Keep records of repairs, parts used and job status
• Explain repair issues, cost and turnaround time clearly to customers
• Keep the workstation, tools and spare parts organised

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in iPhone/smartphone repair
• Good attention to detail and steady hands
• Able to work fast without compromising quality
• Honest, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication skills

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
