岗位职责
IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
Oversee the day-to-day Level 1 operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related equipment.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively. Including for Endpoint Patch Management.
Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
Perform routine hardware and software upgrades and updates.
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Project Management:
Participate in IT infrastructure and facility improvement projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and facility assets.
Prepare regular reports on system performance,maintenance activities, and project status.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain on CCTV & Door Access System.
Monthly Generating Report upon request by Management Team.
Administrative duties:
Weekly healthy lunch ordering
