Location: Alps Avenue

Salary: Up to $3,300 basic + AWS + variable bonus

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

About the Company

Our client is an established logistics and supply chain services provider offering freight forwarding, transportation and warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import, export, air freight, sea freight and local transportation activities, including cargo collection, delivery and shipment scheduling.

• Oversee warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory records.

• Arrange transportation, coordinate loading and unloading, monitor delivery progress and ensure timely submission of Proof of Delivery (POD) and supporting documents.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists, and coordinate customs declarations, permits and other regulatory documentation with authorised agents.

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, transporters and internal departments to provide shipment updates, resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements.

• Verify freight, transportation, handling and storage charges, check supplier invoices and assist with shipment costing and customer billing.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, warehouse safety requirements, cargo security and relevant quality standards.

• Prepare shipment and inventory reports, monitor operational KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• General knowledge of air freight operations. Experience in customs permit declaration is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
