Our enterprise client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Lead to spearhead solution design, system enhancements, and AMS delivery across their global HR technology landscape.

This role blends strategic solution governance with hands-on configuration, ideal for a senior practitioner who thrives in both architectural oversight and direct execution.

Key Highlights:

• Lead end-to-end design, system configuration, and release governance across hybrid SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.
• Drive initiatives across the Talent Suite (Performance & Goals, Calibration, Succession, Career Development, Compensation & Variable Pay).
• Collaborate with IT business partners and vendors on change requests, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.
• Strong conversion opportunity into a permanent leadership track.

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years of functional & technical experience in HR technology solutions.
• Minimum 3 full life-cycle implementations across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Deep functional expertise in the SuccessFactors Talent suite, coupled with core SAP HCM (PA/OM) and integration mechanisms (BIB/CPI).
• Strong background in vendor governance, AMS processes, and project management.
