Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support

• Identify and explore new opportunities in the medical device and healthcare product sectors
• Support outreach to international clients, startups, and technology partners
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and technical discussions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in healthcare technologies

Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Track project progress from product concept → development → manufacturing
• Support customer communications on technical and commercial matters
• Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are well managed

Strategic Exposure

• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and internal planning
• Support new product introduction (NPI) programs
• Work with global partners to bring innovative healthcare products to market

What You Will Gain:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably biomedical engineering
• Up to 3–5 years of experience in project management, business development, engineering, or healthcare industry is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects
• Interest in medical technology and healthcare innovation
