Job title: Shipping & Accounts Executive
Company:
MNC specializing in event products and solutions
Location:
Clementi
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:
Order & Shipping Management:
Process customer sales orders, coordinate with forwarders/suppliers, generate delivery orders & invoices, and track shipments for timely delivery.
Financial & Accounting Duties:
Handle full sets or partial accounts (accounting journal entries, quarterly GST filings, intercompany transactions, month-end financial/management reports, audits, and fixed assets).
Analysis & Admin:
Perform Gross Profit analysis and manage general office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
LCCI or
Diploma
in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant working experience (freight forwarding/ocean freight knowledge is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Must know SAP Business One
, proficient in MS Excel, and familiar with INCOTERMS and logistics processes.
Attributes:
Independent, meticulous, highly organized, and able to multitask under deadlines.
