We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Civil & Structural) – Singapore

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction project coordination? This could be your next opportunity!

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator (C&S) to support civil and structural construction projects by coordinating project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Position: Project Coordinator (Civil & Structural)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, site instructions, and project correspondence.
• Maintain drawing registers, submission logs, RFI trackers, and action lists.
• Follow up with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track drawing revisions and ensure teams use the latest approved documents.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor action items.
• Support progress reporting, project schedules, and handover documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and support project managers and engineers.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or construction documentation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with RFIs, shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and site records.
• Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and document-control systems.
