Inside Sales Executive Freight Forwarding Logistics

Global AirFreight International Pte Ltd is a well established international freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider based in Singapore We specialize in comprehensive airfreight oceanfreight custom clearance and supply chain management services We are currently looking for a proactive and detail oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and support our expanding business operations

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue competitive freight quotations for local and overseas customers in a timely manner

Follow up on customer inquiries RFQs and sales leads via phone email and digital messaging platforms

Collaborate closely with Overseas Agents Field Sales Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery

Maintain and build strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying cross selling or upselling opportunities

Assist in negotiating freight rates and space allocation with airlines shipping lines and co loaders

Maintain accurate sales records customer profiles and rate sheets in the internal system

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry

Knowledge of Airfreight or Oceanfreight operations rate structures and shipping documentation is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to converse with Mandarin speaking clients and agents

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook experience with logistics software like CargoWise is a plus

Self motivated target driven and able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Salary and Remuneration Package

Basic Salary SGD 2800 to SGD 5500 per month

Junior 1 to 2 years experience SGD 2800 to SGD 3500 per month

Mid Level 3 to 5 years experience SGD 3500 to SGD 4500 per month

Senior 5 plus years experience SGD 4500 to SGD 5500 plus per month

Incentives or Commission Performance based monthly or quarterly sales incentive scheme

Bonus AWS 13th Month Bonus plus Performance based Variable Bonus
