Safety Officer – Reclamation
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily safety activities and promote safe work practices at the reclamation site.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify hazards and unsafe practices.
Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with safety rules, procedures and PPE requirements.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor marine operations, dredging, filling, heavy equipment, lifting activities and work near water.
Review Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and ensure proper implementation.
Report and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to resolve safety issues.
Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and project safety requirements.
Maintain safety records and follow up on corrective actions until completion.
Harmony Engineering Service Pte Ltd is a high-tech enterprise. We specialize in research and development, sales and production of the solid-liquid two-phase flow pump products and ancillary equipment with its own intellectual property rights. The company undertake the projects of river dredging, ports, waterways and reservoir dredging, land reclamation by pumping filling of seashore, lowland, s hallow sea, and coal mine subsidence area, as well as long distance transport engineering of sediment, and provides program design and technical advisory services to related projects.
