Job Summary

You will manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while acquiring new clients through social media and events, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Acquire new customers by executing targeted outreach on social media platforms and organizing or participating in events
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and personalized communication
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions to meet their goals
• Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive client engagement to quickly build rapport and trust

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles to effectively engage and convert prospects
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face engagements, attending events, and performing online outreach

Other Information

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
