• Onboarding and training: Guide new hires through job responsibilities, company policies, and hands-on training.
• Performance monitoring: Evaluate productivity, conduct reviews, and deliver regular constructive or positive feedback.
• Conflict resolution: Mediate small disputes between team members and address behavioral or performance issues early.
